Please provide the size of your warehouse, full details of size (L*D*H), the number of bays and layers you want, loading capacity per layer, required RAL color, and drawings if available.
2. What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after obtaining your authorization letters.
3. What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
4. What are your terms of delivery and delivery time?
Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the overall quantity of your order.
5. Can you produce according to customer samples?
Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings. We also have the capability to build the custom molds and fixtures required.
6. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers are responsible for paying the sample cost and the courier cost.
