What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after obtaining your authorization letters.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
Payment Terms: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the remaining balance. Delivery Terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Can you produce racks according to custom samples?
Yes, we can manufacture products based on your physical samples or technical drawings. We are also able to build custom molds and fixtures to match your design requirements.
What is your sample policy?
