What details are needed for a precise quotation?

Please offer us the following information in detail so we can provide the exact quotation:

Size of your warehouse;
Full details of racking dimensions (L*D*H);
Number of bays required;
Number of layers/tiers required;
Loading capacity of each layer;
RAL color required;
Drawing layout (if available).

What are your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

What are your terms of payment and delivery?

Our standard payment terms are T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Our standard delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.

Can you produce items according to samples?

Yes, we can produce directly from your physical samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build the molds and fixtures required.

What is your sample policy?

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to cover the sample cost and the courier delivery cost.
