Q1: What information is required to get a detailed quotation for warehouse racking?
Please provide the following details so we can offer an exact quotation:
1) Size of your warehouse;
2) Full details of size L*D*H;
3) Number of bays required;
4) Number of layers required;
5) Loading capacity of each layer;
6) Preferred RAL color;
7) Layout drawing (if available).
Q2: What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
Q3: What are your terms of payment and delivery?
Our payment terms are T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. For delivery terms, we support EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
Q4: Can you customize production according to samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build the molds and fixtures needed for customized manufacturing.
Q5: What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier delivery cost.
