2. What are the terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Customized packaging with your brand can be accommodated after receiving authorization letters.
3. What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the finished products and packages before you pay the balance.
4. What delivery terms do you support?
We support standard delivery terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
5. Can you produce according to sample configurations?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We have capability to build custom molds and fixtures to match your needs.
6. What is the general sample policy?
We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock. However, customers are required to cover the sample and courier costs.
