Please offer us the following details:

2) Full details of size L*D*H;
3) How many bays and layers you want;
4) Loading capacity of each layer;
5) Required RAL color;
6) Drawing (if available).

What are your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

What are your terms of payment and delivery?

Our payment terms are T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Standard delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.

How about your delivery time?

The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order, generally shipped within 20 days after receiving payment.

Can you produce according to the samples and what is the sample policy?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings, and we can build the molds and fixtures. We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
